Sampling, in order

Proto proves the design can be made. Fit gets the measurements right. Lab dip matches your colour before any bulk dyeing. The PP sample is the one that matters: correct fabric, trims, print and labels. Bulk waits for your written approval of it.

Quality control

Inline inspection during sewing, while problems can still be fixed. Final random inspection at 80 percent packed, to AQL 2.5 unless you specify otherwise. You are welcome to book a third party inspector; their report overrules ours. Every stage is photographed and the photographs are yours.

Payment

First orders run on TT, 30 percent with the confirmed proforma invoice and 70 percent against shipping documents, or by letter of credit. No production starts on a promise. Repeat orders can move to terms once there is a history.

Shipping and documents

Quoted FOB Chattogram unless you ask for CIF to your port. You receive the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Market specific test reports are built into the timeline if you ask on the quote form.

What we charge

A commission on the FOB value of the order, agreed before the proforma invoice and shown on it. We are paid by you, not by the factory.
