We bring enquiries from brands abroad, in the hundreds to low thousands of pieces per colour, and we manage the buyer. You quote, sample and produce. The bench is short on purpose, so the bar is published below and so is the way past it.
The terms
- No fee to join, no exclusivity.
- RFQs arrive with the eight fields a quote needs. You quote within 48 hours.
- Commission agreed per order, paid only when it ships. Nothing owed on enquiries or samples that do not convert.
- Certificates verified against the issuer; an expired one pauses quoting until renewed.
- Two missed quote deadlines and the factory leaves the active list.
A buyer abroad is trusting our shortlist instead of their own audit. Every factory we add that cannot hold the date, the price or the paperwork is charged to that trust, so we would rather quote from a small bench than a long one.

Checked before the first RFQ, not after a buyer has complained. Miss one and the strength route below is still open to you.
- A social audit that has not expiredBSCI or WRAP, or SEDEX SMETA. We check the certificate against the issuer, not the PDF you send.
- Building safety on recordAccord or RSC coverage, or current DIFE building, fire and electrical clearance.
- Your own production floorNot a trading desk. Any sub-contracting is declared before the first quote, not discovered later.
- Runs under 3,000 pieces per styleA new brand starts small. A factory that only wants containers is not useful to this bench.
- Two buyer references we can callAt least one export buyer. We call them.
- A merchandiser who answers the same working dayMost orders are lost in the gap between a buyer's question and the reply.

Miss a point, and still apply
The bar screens for risk, not for talent. A factory that misses one point but does something no listed factory can do is worth more to a buyer than a factory that ticks all seven and makes the same t-shirt as everyone else.
Tell us what that is, with the evidence, in the last field of the form. What counts:
- A specialism the bench does not have: seamless, 14GG flat knit, seam sealed, terry, jute, quilting.
- An MOQ well under what a comparable factory will take.
- Wash, print or embroidery in house rather than sent out.
- A certificate no listed factory holds: GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX.
- A machine or a finish nobody else on the bench can run.
It does not cover an expired audit with nothing behind it. Safety and paperwork are the two we do not trade against.
A strength route factory quotes and samples like any other. The difference is that we visit the floor before any bulk order is placed, and the buyer is told the status up front.
