What we collect and why
This site collects what it needs to answer a sourcing enquiry and to keep the site running, and nothing for advertising.
Who we are
Garments Hub BD is a sourcing desk in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Questions about your data go to hello@garmentshubbd.com.
Quote and factory forms
When you send the quote form or the factory form, we receive what you type in it: your name, email, company, country and the product details. It goes to our own enquiry system on our server, and we use it to reply, to prepare the factory quotes and to run the order if there is one.
The chat assistant
The chat window on each page is run by ElevenLabs. What you write in it, with the page you were on and the page that sent you here, is processed by ElevenLabs and passed to our enquiry system so a person can follow up. Do not share anything in the chat you would not put in an email.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours records each request: the IP address, the browser, the page and the page that linked to it. We use these records to keep the site secure and to count visits, and we look up the network an address belongs to in public registries. They are kept for a limited period and are not sold or shared.
Cookies and outside services
The forms set one cookie that protects them against forged submissions. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the chat window loads from the ElevenLabs and unpkg servers, so those services see your IP address when the page loads.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to hello@garmentshubbd.com. We answer within 30 days.
