We are a sourcing desk in Dhaka. We do not own a factory. We hold a bench of knit and activewear plants, we put your enquiry in front of two of them, and we send you both quotes with our own read on which one suits the order. Our person is on the floor at the inline check and at the final inspection, so the goods you approved are the goods that ship.

Sportswear and jersey types we source

Football Jersey

Sublimated polyester interlock or mesh, 140 to 160 GSM, with a mesh back panel or under arm vents when you want the weight down. Numbers, names and sponsor blocks print in the same pass as the body art, so the register holds from small to 3XL. Set in or raglan sleeve, crew or short placket collar.

Cricket Jersey

Long or short sleeve, sublimated, usually 150 to 180 GSM polyester with a little elastane in the shoulder for reach. Whites need a controlled base cloth, because a cheap white greys after ten washes and your customer sees it before you do.

Basketball Jersey

Sleeveless, deep armhole, side panel in a contrast mesh. Reversible builds are a double layer bonded at the binding, which doubles the fabric cost and roughly doubles the sampling time, so decide on reversible before the first sample and not after.

Cycling Jersey

Three panel or five panel body, full or quarter zip, silicone gripper at the hem, rear pockets bar tacked at the corners. This is the fussiest item on the page and the one where a sample round pays for itself.

Training T-shirt

Plain or printed polyester or poly cotton, 140 to 180 GSM, flatlock side seams and raglan sleeves so nothing rubs. The everyday volume item, and the cheapest way to test a factory before you give it a kit order.

Compression Wear

Warp knit nylon elastane, 200 to 280 GSM, flatlock throughout. Grading is the whole job here. A compression garment that fits the sample size and nothing else is a return waiting to happen.

Track Suit

Jacket and pant in tricot, fleece or woven shell. Quote them as a set but grade them as two garments, because the jacket and the pant rarely take the same body block.

Sports Shorts

Woven ripstop or knit interlock, elastic waist with a drawcord, side pockets optional, inseam called out in your spec because five inches and seven inches are different garments to a buyer.

Fabric and decoration

Sublimation is the default for anything with a full body graphic. It dyes the polyester rather than sitting on top of it, so there is nothing to crack or peel, and the cost does not climb with the number of colours. It only works on polyester and only on light grounds, so a black jersey with a white crest is a different method at a different price.

Screen print suits a two or three colour chest logo on cotton or poly cotton. Heat transfer and vinyl suit names and numbers in small runs. Embroidery suits a club crest that has to survive a season. If your artwork mixes a full body sublimation print with an embroidered crest, say so in the enquiry, because that is two processes and two setups.

Ask for fabric by weight and construction, not by name. Interlock at 150 GSM and interlock at 200 GSM feel like different products to the person wearing them.

Sizing and grading

Send a size chart with tolerances, or ask us for ours and correct it. Most disputes we see on activewear are grading disputes: the chest fits, the sleeve is two centimetres short across the top three sizes, and nobody caught it because the pre production sample was made in medium. We measure the pre production sample in the smallest size, the sample size and the largest size, and we send you those numbers before bulk cutting starts.

Quality control

Inline inspection while the line is running, so a stitching fault is caught in the first hour and not in the last carton. Final inspection to AQL 2.5 unless your standard says otherwise, with the photo report sent before the goods move. We check print register, wash fastness on a cut sample, seam strength at the armhole and the crotch, and label placement against your spec.

Compliance certificates differ by factory. The plants on our bench hold different combinations of BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, OEKO-TEX and GRS, so tell us what your buyer requires and we will only quote plants that already hold it. We send the certificate with the quote rather than promising one after the order.

What to send with your enquiry

• Artwork as vector, with the Pantone reference for every colour
• Fabric by weight and construction, or a swatch we can match
• Size chart with the quantity per size, and the tolerance you accept
• Quantity per colourway, and whether the colourways share artwork
• Your target price and your ship date, both of them honestly
• Any certificate your buyer insists on

Two factory quotes come back within 48 hours. Minimum order starts from 300 pieces per colour. Sample in 7 to 14 days, bulk in 30 to 60 days after the pre production sample is signed, FOB Chattogram unless you want CIF quoted instead.

Lead time and terms

A kit order with sublimated artwork runs longer than a plain training tee, because the artwork has to be proofed on the real fabric before the bulk print. Build a sample round into your calendar and you will ship on time. Skip it and you will get a first shipment you argue about.
