Four ways to put your brand on a garment, from your own pattern to a stock body with your label. They cost different money and carry different MOQs, so the first thing we do is work out which one you actually need.
Your design, your label
You send the tech pack or the sample. The factory makes that garment and nothing of its own goes into it. Most first orders here are OEM.
Our block, your changes
You start from a pattern the factory already makes and change fabric, colour, trims and labels. Faster and cheaper than OEM because the fit is already proven.
Stock body, your brand
A blank that exists today, finished with your main label, care label, hangtag and polybag. The lowest MOQ of the three and the shortest lead time.
You supply the fabric
You nominate or send the fabric and trims and pay for making only. Used when a brand already has a mill relationship it wants to keep.

From 300 pieces per colour on a private label body, because the blank already exists. OEM from your own pattern needs more: the factory buys fabric, knits or cuts to your spec and makes sampling rounds, so the run has to carry that cost. Two factories quote every enquiry and both MOQs come back on one sheet, so you see the real floor for your garment rather than a number from a brochure.
Who owns the pattern
Your tech pack, your pattern, your grading. It is used for your order and nothing else, and it is not shown to another buyer. That is written into the agreement before the proforma invoice, not assumed.
Sampling
Proto to prove the design can be made, fit to get the measurements right, lab dip to match colour before any bulk dyeing, then the pre-production sample that bulk waits for. Sample costs are quoted with the price and credited against the order on most runs.
What it costs to work with us
A commission on the FOB value of the order, agreed before the proforma invoice and shown on it. We are paid by you, not by the factory, which is what keeps the two quotes honest.
